Backblaze publish reliability statistics for their hard drives, most recently here. TLDR: HGST are the most reliable 3 TB drives with a decent sample size; WD the worst. Note that HGST is now a subsidiary of WD. You'll need to go back through earlier reports as they are deprecating the 3TB drives.

Thanks for the replies.
I cant seem to find anyone other then amazon selling HGST (£50 more then other brands),
So the option's im looking at are Toshiba DT / Seagate or pay a little more and get a 4TB Seagate.
The warranty is about 2 years for Both
