Why is there still a DVI connector on Nvidia reference cards?

I was shocked recently when my new card only had one DVI connector. I ended up having to buy an HDMI cable for my second smaller monitor.
Think someone should start a campaign against it - bring back DVI

On DVI here. Tried DP and it had all sorts of issues. Monitor kept changing resolution coming out of standby. Swapped back to DVI and all was well again.

Interesting that so many have had problems with DP. I've been using it for years on all my computers with no issues at all.

I've been using FirePro cards at work for years and they ditched everything bar DP ages ago. Seems nvidia have gone the same route with the latest round of Quadro cards too.
