Why is this house blurred out on Google Maps?

The owners have requested it be blurred for privacy.

In street view, you can request blurring by going to "report a problem".
 
There's a completely ordinary house near me that have done this - Although i'm big on privacy it does make me deeply suspicious of the owners tbh :p
 
I think the location of this particular house is what makes it suspicious. That's what I'm trying to determine.
 
That hasn't been blurred intentionally - I can tell from the pixels. Definitely some energy source nearby has corrupted the image.
 
Probably nothing to do with any paranormal activity but because the people who live there don't relish the idea of thousands of people nosing at their house on Street View due to it being where something interesting used to be.
 
I live just up the road from there, the house isn't blurred, it just looks like that naturally.

Can probably take a photo on the way back from my emergency opticians appointment.
