Longer answer - it depends on the switching capacity of your chosen switch but in my limited experience you won't hit the switching capacity of any consumer 8 port switch in the home environment I don't think.
Buy the cheapest metal cased 8 port switch you can find, likely from Netgear or TP-Link. Then put electrical tape on the LEDs and use command strips to wall mount it.
As long as it's a 1Gb switch, of course it wont. I use a 1Gb switch on my Orbi satellite to send to a TV, Sky Q box and a bluray player....................they all get full speed.
It just works at full speed, just like everything else does. I don't use the skyq mini, so just have the wifi on the skyq box turned off and feed it via the Lan cable from the 1Gb switch connected to the Orbi Satellite.
Whichever gigabit switch you like the aesthetics of. You don’t need any of the features of expensive switches and there isn’t really such a thing as a bad consumer 8 port switch so get whatever you like the look of. Your limiting factor has nothing to do with the capability of the switch and everything to do with how easy it is to cover up the LEDs and the colour, so eyeball them and pick one.
