Wierd Phobias?

I watched this video from maury the other day where this girl had a phobia of pickles.

To cut the story short, this girl freaked out at the sight of pickles.

Do any of you have any wierd phobias?

Yep, it's come up here many times, mild triptophobia (the fear of small holes / delicate things) the inside of pumpkin makes me go mergh!

A friend of mine at Uni had a phobia of fruit. Very strange!

I have a phobia of butterflies. To the degree I wouldn't buy a picture frame or anything with them on. I know why though. There's a petting zoo at the local park I grew up near and you have to go through a butterfly enclosure to get there. I feel ill just posting this!

I used to have a phobia of swimming pool filters (ones on the pool floor). I've no idea what started it and every time I would swim around it rather than go over it.

I've not been in a pool in a while though so don't know if I've gotten over it.

Actually, it is kind of weird. Well, the inside of a butternut squash is and I guess it's similar. I don't have a phobia, I still scoop it all out without freaking out, but I can actually kind of understand it!

I have a Phobia of vomiting.

I have not been physically sick in nearly 20 years. Last time I remember was when I was 11, I am 30 in a month.

Spaghetti hoops... They make me so ill just from the smell. The sight of them, not a chance at keeping my stomach contents down.

Plum tomatoes cooked and seeing someone cut into it makes me want to wretch. It's like chopping into a warm soggy heart. Weirdly I've seen many hearts be operated on and don't bat an eye lid then.

I can't touch anything with flour/icing sugar/chalk/powdery it makes me feel sick and I then have to wash my hands a good few times to get over it.

It's that bad that if I go out for dinner and fancy a burger or something I have to ask the staff if they use buns with flour on them.

Mental I know.

Ladders. Nothing in this world feels more unsafe to me, no matter what the height.

I can barely climb a ladder into a roofspace without freezing up.
