Can't imagine they'll make a big deal of it. Plenty of things in the peleton that aren't widely available to the public. UCI largely turn a blind eye to it.

As I recall the rule is that it's supposed to be available to the public within 9 months of being used for an event. I imagine they have that much kit to keep track of that it would be a massive pain in the arse to keep track of it all and see what's available where and to whom and on what scale, so unless it's something is creating a really egregious advantage they probably don't fuss over it too much. Besides, with some things it gets a bit silly, like one off parts that cost thousands. Sure, you could stick it up on your website and say it's available at a massive cost and has to be custom made in single lots and then no one will buy it anyway.

Been speaking to his coach, and biting his tongue about it all in front of the camera?

His coach needs to step. Dowsett is a superb rider, but he isn't better than Wiggins. Dowsett is young enough to have another go in the future and I hope he does, but I am not interested in pathetic sour grapes from his team.

Turns out it was some timekeeper who worked on his sessions that was interviewed and said all these things. It is not even his coach and Dowsett disagree's with the whole illegal bike claims from said timekeeper.......
