Got the mag in front of me, it does say 20th-24th November and price 149.99 pounds.

That means either the date is further away than stated, or the cost is higher i reckon

My guess is at the end of November for £170. I would be surprised if they will announce a release date any less than 6 weeks in advance. Got to leave some time for anticipation to build

But with the way the suprised us with the low price for the Gamecube and the fact that the Wii is not hugely impressive technically, the price could be lower than I predicted

Guys I think the Wii Euro price is going to be more important and set the standard for the UK price, so €199 Euros surely ? I cant see it being €219 €229 etc with the core 360 in the upper €200's, €199 is a far more attractive price point.

So that translates to £139 especially if Nintendo are denying £149

The only clue we have about games prices are what the various places have for preorders.... which isn't really useful for the time being as they'll be err'ing on the side of caution just now, and hoping to cash in for preorders.

Best to wait for Nintendo to announce all the pricing officially as until then everything is speculation

NO, they will never get away with that in Japan or USA, and they've learnt their lesson not to over charge in Europe.
Expect Wii RRP prices to be same as Gamecube RRP
