WikiLeaks Set To Reveal US-UFO War In Southern Ocean

I think we are aliens ourselves, mixed DNA into the ape family and we now exist. Perhaps Cancer is the result of the DNA not being 100% compatible and why our existence may eventually die out because of it.

Life comes and comes over thousands/millions of years, perhaps its already been and gone and we're one of a few remote planets with humanoid beings left?

I'd really like to think we are being monitored/watched by visitors, we may even be still under testing to see if we work or not (i.e. mixing DNA).

Perhaps I need another drink?

;) :p

All species suffer from cancer iirc.

Well, it's quite possible. There's no reason to believe that the type of life we have here is exclusive to the Earth - it's just more likely.

The earth could have been seeded from another planet. It's not likely that a carbon based life form from another planet could breed with one from here though, so human/ape interbreeding isn't a likely explanation. No matter how many times you pump that gorilla :)

We need to understand how the universe is moving/expanding before we can even think about propulsion. We don't know enough to even navigate our own system properly. For example pioneer 10 and 11 which were sent out beyond Jupiter are no where near where they ought to be. Both having suffered inexplicable forces that have slowed them down considerably.

It wuz aliens! This thread says so!

You're correct, but the best way to learn things is to push forwards in any direction we can.

As I said earlier the space elevator is what will define the next "age", once we have that so many other discoveries will just fall in our lap.

True thats another 'theory' as rocks/asteroids/whathaveyou crash into another planet its much like flower pollen bring transported to other areas etc.

Hmmm all very interesting, but as it stands I quite fancy an zombie-apocalypse instead of aliens revealing themselves. :D

How can you possibly think like that, we are no more violent than other creatures. if they can travel light years. then they have discovered all the weapons we have and more. By the process of simple physics.

well if they've got societies that have cooperated long enough to create such a powerful machine perhaps they have no use of sophisticated weapons.

on planet earth humans are the only being that knows murder is inherently destructive and yet are still capable of it (sometimes in huge conflicts spanning the globe), i know of nothing with complex thought that is so violent.

the machine it's self would be the most powerful weapon ever seen by man regardless.

Also who says they cooperated, maybe it was built to wage a war with a former colony or to ensure dominance over the other nations

Pretty much every "intelligent" animal kills we're just better at it.

Virgin Galactic will get to Mars before anyone else.
In the words of the great Jean Luc Picard, Mr Branson.. make it so.

If not then the X PRIZE Foundation will get behind it. Once someone has won the current lunar comp :)

your supposition is as valid as mine, we've accomplished far more by cooperation than we ever have by killing each other.

Pretty much every "intelligent" animal kills we're just better at it.

many animals kill, not all of them kill because of anything other than food.

humans kill each other over possessions, sometimes as meaningless as £20 note, or a mobile phone, we kill each other over minor disagreements, while drunk, because we feel oppressed, because we don't like the way someone has looked at us, because the have a different skin colour, are a different shape or have a different moral or religious viewpoint. we're ridiculously and relentlessly brutal, far more so than anything else on the planet

A) we accomplish far more when we are at war.
B) have you seen naturand how animals kill each otger fir fun, mating and other such stuff.

The biggest advances we made where during wars, and even now the massive expensive science projects are generally done to keep the people funding them ahead of everyone else in the competition.

A lot of them kill over territory and other equally pointless things.

At least cannibalism after mating is pretty rare in humans.
