When is the INVASION: Nexus update arriving?

I know it's in PTR but I think I'm going to wait until that's dropped before starting again.

Its been quoted as "weeks not months"

Vague i know, but that means it'll be at most 3 weeks away.

I've just seen a quote of 3rd June which seems quite a while for something thats been in PTR for over a month already.

Really enjoyed it last time I played but it needed a few patches. Look forward to jumping back into it.

Me and my Girlyfriend are thinking of coming back to Wildstar.

We played at release, did the dungeon attunements and killed the first few raid bosses. Ended up quitting shortly after for various reasons.

Simply said, is it worth coming back? Has much changed?

Raiding is now 20 man in both raids
The dungeon attunement side has been made easier
Itemisation has been 90% fixed
AMD performance has been fixed
There is a new dungeon to help introduce new players and it has a veteran mode too
Shiphands have been converted to veteran level as well as normal and groups of up to 5 can run them
PvP has been somewhat fixed, but Drop 5 will introduce even more fixes and changes
Drop 5 will introduce a make your own daily system
There has been 2 new zones with progress the story and add dailies to them as well

This is just off the top of my head

Had another brief go tonight only about level 5ish, not seen many other players though 1 or 2 at most! Feels soo well made though

I find that its getting better with time and I hope its not too late! I am currently trying to help my brother get some decent dps gear for his engineer.

I have done all the dungeons for attuenment and just have the world bosses now...how many people do i need to get for this?

For world bosses keep a eye in Global etc, or ask i see a fair amount of people running World Bosses groups recently so can possibly just hop in there instead.

Also seems to be a lot of rumor of the game going F2P with them selling off the physical copies and what not.

Well that is my next option i guess there will be a few groups with people coming back. I dont know I hope it doesnt go F2P I would like B2P with a Sub option. They can do a lot with a cash shop for costumes/housing as such.

I think it could be too late for the game but the population is going up and I like the difficulty

I am not sure its too late, if they went B2P or F2P the quality of the game will pay off.

if it went F2P it would no doubt have a sub option like SWTOR, but if they did go this route hope they do it right and not like SWTOR lol.

It all depends on how they implement it

. I was praising Elder Scroll's B2P model to the hilt until they started flashing cash shop special offers right across the screen in yellow capitals, right in the middle of your game.

Logged out and uninstalled right there and then

Indulge those of us who don't know; what are they doing wrong about letting you play their game for free? Or what they're doing wrong with the sub.

Is there currently a way to retry Wildstar using the characters I levelled up when the game first came out WITHOUT subbing?

It really cheapens the feel,of the game and puts me off

even gw2 made me feel odd seeing janky cosmetic items for sale even though its optional, just seeing it kind of puts me off. Hard to explain, maybe im odd lol

Cheers. Just logged in for the first time in however long it was since a month after release and I am now trying to work out what to do again. I'm sure it was a little easier to kill things back then.
