Just pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition. I just hope they send out some code so that I get the 3 day early gameplay before the box gets delivered.

Thought it was all digital? :/

Got high hopes for this - don't let me down, Wildstar. Hopefully it can fill the space left when WoW took a nose-dive at the end of Wrath.

The high hopes I had when it was in beta were destroyed after 1 hour of play time

No, just standard and deluxe editions. Tons of goodies in each one though. Ordered the deluxe box myself this morning from rainforest

The digital version looks like it gives you more though, 3 day head start etc?

Both give a 3 day head start, box and digital - u get sent a code by the retailer u order from. Haven't used game for donkie, ever since the screwed up some preorders from years ago. Had 25 quid credit with the A anyway

Sorry, that was unfair of me stating I didn't like it without reason.

Mainly the issues were around the 'clunkiness' I felt from the combat and general movement, it wasn't smooth. It felt static, handling skills was a handful. I felt the idea was good but the execution poor, trying to invent something new that's just not needed.

Trying to aim camera, whilst moving, and then pressing a skill button...

Moving right hand slowly to the right, strafing to the left via 'A' then pressing '4'. My hands just felt too 'preoccupied' to give me a real sense of free movement. Didn't like it. Too much hard work.

The interface wasn't great either, too busy and cluttered.

The question was alright, but felt absent from it, no real drive to do anything.

This was the first stress test if I remember correctly, so might not be the same, but the basic combat mechanics put me off.
