Will i be able to use GTX 580?

Kub, you got a model number of your pc? There's a lot of things you need to consider before you upgrade the PSU and GPU to be honest, such as the case size and room inside the case to fit a new PSU and graphics card.

Reason I asked is because these branded PC's usually come with smaller PSU's therefore are a lot smaller in size to fit an ATX PSU let alone a GTX580. Can't seem to find any product dimensions online so far though.

Yes, sorry my friend, You would Just be wasting money with that system, I doubt it could do justice to a HD5850.
Just build a new base system with the money you have for the gtx580 and get the big GFX card later

Hm, i'm sorry for being so stuck to that case, but im looking for every possible option, size of my current PSU is around 140mm Lenght, 86mm Heigh and 147mm Wide, brings any ideas?

Well, XFX Cire Edition is slighly bigger than my current one, 170mm x 150mm x 86mm (L x W x H), but since i don't give a crap about my current case, nor the noise since i'm on headset, perhaps i could cut the case to fit it in?

set up a small bench area and keep your pc running without a case if it won't fit :D. It should fit in fine though....

400W is not sufficient - it will run hot and noisy, and degrade fast, which will also potentially damage the graphics card and other hardware.
