Hi all... i'm new to this forum and would appreciate any advice.

I'm trying to build a home PC... suitable for multimedia tasking and basic gaming. It's been a few years since I last done my own build and I'm not 100% on compatibility - will all of these components work together? or is there any swapping you would recommend?...

Motherboard B450 TOMAHAWK MAX (Socket AM4) DDR4 ATX Motherboard
CPU AMD Ryzen™ 7 3700X
CPU fan NH-L9x65 SE-AM4 Low Profile CPU Cooler
Case PURE BASE 500DX ARGB MIDI TOWER CASE - BLACK TEMPERED GLASS
Power unit SFX Power 2 300W '80 Plus Bronze' SFX Power Supply
RAM Corsair 16GB Vengeance LPX 3200MHz Dual Channel memory
Graphics RADEON RX 5500 XT PULSE 4096MB GDDR6 PCI-EXPRESS GRAPHICS CARD
HDD Blue SN550 1TB NVME M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3 Solid State Drive (S100T2B0C)
2TB Barracuda 7200RPM 256MB Cache Internal Hard Drive (ST2000DM008)

thank you so much for anyone that can help

Hey - thanks all for your comments!! Built PC last night and it's working!!
I took your comments onboard... 400w PSU, and the CPU fan (I ended up using the CPU fan that came in the retail box)

Thanks again

I'd be looking at 550-600W minimum for a desktop PC just to give you some headroom.

Otherwise it should be fine, but there are no guaranties when it comes to building PC's

Good Luck. :)
