Will definitely didn't do his homework on this one. I just watched the intro to her appearance on the Diary of a CEO podcast and she claims she had two guns pointed at her head and could have been one of the biggest drug dealers in Baltimore 
He wifed her up, refused to remove himself from the situation once he really found out what she was like, and now she's destroying his career from within despite allegedly barely spending any time together since 2016. Sadly Will seems to be a classic case of a man thinking his whole identity is with the woman, even when he knew they wasn't together in his mind he carried on the delusion.

I get the feeling that this "revelation" is more aimed to either take the heat of Jada or even an attempt to gain sympathy for her.
