they'd both have to make the semis for that to happen. bouchard has to place cornet next - which is obviously preferable to playing serena. and then it's sharapova in the quarters assuming they both win.

anyway, i want lisicki to win this one. i am slight infatuated with her... i just hope she doesn't end up looking like her mum.

hah... this low light drama to play on or not. Lisicki getting all fired up to play on and getting the crowd fired up too!.

They really need some kind of light meter or something and a rule that suspends play when the reading gets too low.

EDIT: well match is suspended now, expected Lisicki to take this one and it's a good start for her with the first set but didn't expect it to be quite as close

yep, you're right. having looked at that side of the draw, you can't really see anyone troubling kvitova - especially as she looks to be in good form.

i want lisicki to win though. after what happened last year, i'd love to see her go all the way. if she doesn't win, i'd like to see bouchard or halep take it. but with sharapova still in it, i suppose you'd have to put her down as favourite.
