yes but going by what Marc@AMD said the key should be in the first email with the other 5 games.

so that's true then theres an issue hence why he said to email them

I think the reason why he said to email them now is because u won't receive a reply for at least 4-7 days due to the massive backlog

One question though, since Far Cry 3 is an UbiShop download, does that mean that I wouldn't be able to re-obtain the game after a HDD format and re-install of Windows?

u use uplay to redownload and install the game. just like steam
