I have a Corsair H80 cooler for now , but if I decided to go the watercooling route (trying to avoid shelling out another ~300 quid) I would get the following:

1x EK Supreme HF CPU Waterblock - Nickel Acetal
1x OcUK Tech Lab - D5 Vario Pump & Alphacool HF D5 Top Value Combo
2x Phobya G-Changer 240 Ver. 1.2 Black (add another one if I decide to go for VGA cooling)

1x EK Dual Bay Spin Reservoir - Acetal
8x EK PSC Compression Fitting 7/16 [16/12mm] - G1/4 - Black

ok, i would put:-

2 x 5850 with EK supreme HF Nickel EN plexi universal blocks on
140 phobya g changer with white led akasa fans push/pull in the rear for the cpu
360 EK XT with white led akasa fans push/pull in the roof for the gpus.
EK DCP 4.0 pump and attached res
all connected with 7/16 XPSC clear tubing
EK 7/16 black compression fittings
White mayhems pastal fluid

i need to get some 45 and 90 degree EK fittings too

What I'd want to add/replace:

Dual d5 Koolance bay res with 2x d5s obviously :p (and run dual loop)
second 360mm rad in the front/top
a waterblock for my 5870 (most likely an EK nickel/plexi, but with a white acetal top instead)

And once it's all up and running I'd be taking a boat load of pictures, reviewing the case and posting them here for all to see!
 
With a sexy HUGE case like that I would use:

Alphacool DC-LT 12v Ceramic Pump
XSPC RayStorm CPU Waterblock for Intel
Noctua NF-F12 120 x 120 x 25mm Focused FLow Fans

And the grand finale:

Mayhems Pastel - Perfect Pink Coolant !!!

Would be pretty sexy for my 1st water cooling rig.

I could actually buy a full sized 240 rad instead of trying to source a slim 240 to fit my 500R.
Wait....I could fit a 360 rad in there......wait I could fit TWO 360's rads in there :D

I guess I would start with OCUK's own Tech labs V12 kit.
Swap the single bay res for a clear dual to show off the awesome coolant. Drill in some white LEDs to make the coolant pop.
Id fill 'er up with Mayhems Galaxy purple fluid.

Hopefully my TX650 will have enough juice to power that :)

Now OCUK, if I win, can I also win the WC kit? Otherwise you'll be waiting ahelova long time for me to put any WC parts in (well of any worth while for this case anyway).

i would mod the top to accommodate a 420mm radiator

i would put in it:

- 60gb ocz ssd

- d5 + top ocuk combo
- ek bay res
- ek compressions
- ek cpu block
- alphacool 6970 block
- 420mm phobya radiator
- 140mm spectre pro fans
- mayhems raspberry coolant

this would be an awesome easter project that i will post a build log of :D :D :D
 
I thought I would fill the whole thing up with water and put some tropical fish in there, as it would be warm enough for them.

Then I thought, thats a stupid idea; this case doesn't have a window.
 
I'd compare it to the 800D and fill it with:

more bitspower fittings than you can shake a stick at
