Windows 10 and Nvidia drivers??

Not intentionally.

The only DisplayPort cables I trust are the startech ones, though OCUK seem to have reduced their range of these and only sell cheap chinese DP cables now.

The only problem I've had with Nvidia stuff since upgrading to W10 is how slow the Geforce Experience is to start up and close off... Thing just taking twice as long to load now for some reason???
Other than that, everything is working fine!

Yes, an error! :p :D With Photoshop CC and opening a RAW file with ACR which now comes up with: "Camera Raw has temporarily disabled graphics processor acceleration due to error. Updating the driver of your graphics card may resolve the issue. Choose the "Use graphics Processor" option in the Camera Raw Preferences dialog to re-enable GPU support." That still fails.

Go to Preferences/Performance and turn of GPU support until driver is fixed and you can use ACR as before.

Getting memory error crashes in BF4 (970GTX SLI) - apparently there is a known issue with the latest drivers and SLI/Win 10 and they are working on a fix.

I've been getting the out of memory errors on a pair of 970s @1440p
I can run BF4 with everything on low excepts ultra mesh without issue for hours (MLG mode ;) )

BF4 CTE bombs out with out of memory very quickly.

Have you tried alt-tabbing to switch 'out of' the game and then returning to it? I get stuttering on that game on Windows 10 until I do that, for some reason.

I've noticed that GTA V runs very well on my system until I make the mistake of using ALT-TAB to glance at another window, and after that when I switch back it becomes a 3 fps unplayable stutter fest.

Both these issues are VRAM related and I didn't have them with win 8.1

BTW does anyone know how to stop windows automatically updating certain drivers? e.g sound card, graphics, chipset and network!

Ok user control of device driver installation:
Right click My PC; Properties->Hardware->Device Installation settings
Check "No let me choose what to do"

And it looks like the out of memory errors for SLI systems may be fixed in 355.60 drivers..

I will report back if this does fix the issue.

It doesn't (for me anyway) - 355.60 is what started causing my out of memory issues with BF4.
