You can use Group Policy Editor to defer the updates if you want.I would always give a bit of time before updating to a new feature update.
Let others report the issues with it and get them ironed out before installing it but that's just me. You could install it and have no issues at all.
I've just ran Windows Upaates and not had this appear but this is normally gradually rolled out rather than given to everyone at aonce.

I updated earlier and all seems fine so far. Update was very quick so can't have been very big (70Mb internet)
Windows 11 26H2 comes with NOTHING new for consumers. Yes, that’s the answer nobody is going to tell you on the internet. There are no visible changes that you cannot already have on Windows 11 25H2 or even 24H2. And as I noted at the outset, it’s because Microsoft does not want to disrupt its own efforts to make Windows more stable.
However, Windows 11 26H2 turns on features that have been gradually rolling out, so you might actually have a few new features enabled on your PC if they were disabled previously due to the gradual rollout.
I know 24H2 had issues with Easy Anti cheat (used by many games) which stopped it being installed.Didn't 26h2 have issues with Battlefield 6 and Wardogs anti cheat? - I've yet to install it here
Mine updated to 26H2 earlier, can't say I have noticed any problems or difference.
