Windows 7 64bit Install Problems!

7B is definitely a driver issue. How have you configured the disks in the BIOS - as AHCI or IDE emulation ?

Got a different copy of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit and it worked right away!

Haha, legend.

Sometimes you don't have everything you need to hand. I had two versions of Windows 7 64 bit, neither worked. I asked around for another copy and in the period of time before I got that copy I wanted to try some other stuff in case it didn't work. But yeah, facepalm away
