Windows 7, cloning and raid questions

I currently have Windows 7 installed on one HD in AHCI mode. I plan to image that hard disk.

I plan to RAID 0 two HD and put the image on that.

Will this be possible without reinstalling Windows 7?

In theory yes, the only issue you may have is with drivers if Win7 doesn't pick up your array. Depending on what you are using to create the image, you may be able to add the drivers in afterwards.
