Not really kept up with win7 as i am a happy vista 64 user and find it a lot better for me personally then xp ever was. Doe's win7 have the winfs that vista was meant to have or are they still working on that ??. Will probably try it out when it reaches proper beta stage as i assume at that stage it will be more or less feature complete.

It doesn't have WinFS, I'm getting less and less convinced that it's ever going to appear. The theoretical benefits of the file system haven't really been realised in practice against the indexed file system of Vista, which was one of the main reasons why it was pulled.

It's a massive change which, unless it yields massive benefits, then it's not likely to appear.
