I bought a copy of windows 7 a while back ( a month or so ago ), but haven't got round to installing it on my build. However, i gave the 2nd cd that came with it ( the x86 version ) to my girlfriend for her laptop. I installed it on there without the activation key, and its now asking her to activate it within three days. So if she were to activate it, would this make my cd ( the 64-bit version ) unable to activate? Its probably a stupid question, but i blew about £170 on it, so i'd rather not waste it on overlooking something. Cheers

the cost of the physical media is pence.
£90 for 3-5 years for an os is extremely good value and is the best value software you can ever buy for a computer.
