Yeah, Sleeping Dogs works on Steam on W8.1. Had to verify cache etc

on 8.1 did u try running at stock for BF3? because has it's a new OS you may need to redo your OC's. or it could be just a bug in the graphic driver.

Going to stick with 8.0 for now mate and upgrade again when the issues have gone or new AMD drivers are released
