Wiping SSD before RMA to prevent data recovery?

I have had to send my SSD drives for warranty replacements without any wipes, due to the way that they failed. I was not too happy about doing that but I would have been less happy to write off the drive. OCZ did have a policy about confidentiality and wiping all of their returned drives - they must be busy.

What you are able to do would seem to be adequate, although to be sure you could try...

....although there might be warranty implications.?

To be honest, given how crap this drive is and how much trouble I've had with it, hammer is definitely looking appealing... but I might be able to get my money back for it so I'll keep that option in reserve for now.

you need to initiate it in windows for it to show up

click start/right click my computer/manage/storage/disk management

then right click the drive and create simple partition ,then it will show in windows

EDIT: nvm you found it
