Psycrow, yes well if you read the prev threads you will learn that the escort is being used for testing the kit, and the intention is to install it in a NSX.

Grey area? What the hell are you talking about, they are totally legal. As long as the light source itself isn't visable you are fine. Not forgetting of course that you are only allowed to display certain colours in certain directions on the car (white to the front, etc)

Yes, i know white on the front, red at the back and amber on the sides is fine, ive been told that before but wasnt compleatly sure if it was true, and as its a glow its supposed to be legal, because you dont see the actual source (ie, neon, bulb led etc)...thanks for the confirmation. actually ill look into that when im next at the station, be nice to hear others opinions

In all seriousness, a police NSX would be cool.....but where are you getting the NSX from and why do it up in such a way that you cant drive it on the UK roads?
