Mine came through at around 21 and are truly massive, about 3 times larger than a normal molar and serated :S lol.

Don't cause me any issues though and I have 3 of them in total with either side at the top and left at the bottom. Not sure the right one didn't come through but oh well lol.

Mine come through fine and very slowly and at different times. Dentist always said they looked fine, until one was getting decayed (they are really hard to clean imo) She did a x-ray and found the one on the other side was impacted (just means it grew in wrong) so it and the next tooth would now need to be removed.

I got all sorts of horror stories about it, even the dentist said my face would likely bruise up and be sore. Got them all out and followed the post extraction advice and had no problems or pain.
