Witcher 2 for x360 in april

I'm a console only player, RPGs are my fav type of game, and although I'd heard of The Witcher, and seen some footage, it just looked like a typical PC MMORPG thing that are a dime a dozen on that platform.

Then I saw it coming to 360 I thought I'd take a look... Preordered it instantly! Sitting on my shelf now, will be played once I finish Silent Hill Downpour (hugely underrated game!).

Well I use mac nowadays and just have no interest in hunching over a desk with mouse and keyboard. Also m&k only work for fps and strategy games, and pad works for all for me.

Each to their own of course, but doubt I'd ever return to pc gaming.

ye fair enough, i kinda go though "phases" where i wanna play my xbox n chill instead of gettin all ragey at the pc games i play.

I play on PC a lot, but all my PC games use the 360 controller. Best graphics with the best gameplay. I only ever use mouse and keyboard for WoW now.

its certainly tougher than skyrim..its very easy to get surrounded by lower level creatures who all take a piece of you

Just started playing this and quite enjoying it so far. Reached Flotsam recently and took care of the Malena mission before I take on the Kayran.

But in the GT review they mention a new addition to Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition is the storage system (never played the PC version so not sure if it was there) but where do I use this storage feature? I have tons of crafting gear I want to stock up opposed to flog, but not sure where the storage area is? Is it anything to do with the Inn?

Picked this up a few weeks ago and had a crack at it over the last few days. Put it on Dark difficulty because that's the way I roll, not been too troublesome so far but I'm only in Flotsam.

I was a bit worried at first, the Prologue bit to the game was really dragging, but now I'm free-roaming it's picked up, looking forward to getting stuck in.

keogh - Go the the inn, speak to the innkeeper and you can use storage there. I think there is a barrel somewhere in Flotsam where you can stock etc as well. Might be outside the inn can't remember.

Edit - spoke too soon, this is bloody hard on Dark. Overwhelmed by multiple opponents very easily.

Just like to bump this to let people know that I've encountered a bug which makes the game unplayable. I'm totally unable to meditate wherever I go (create/drink potions, create traps/bombs, wait etc). Playing on Dark this makes it impossibly difficult and I'm going to have to put this down until a patch. Disappointed doesn't come close.

*Carried on regardless, managed to get past what had been troubling me, hoping that the meditation will sort itself out when I get further in the game.
