Witcher 3

Here's some info on getting a free copy of the game, if you already own it that is: https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/th...u-already-own-on-a-different-platform-3486888

I can't get the PSN link thing to work to validate my PS4 copy so I gave up with that. And then the Steam authentication box didn't look like the official Steam one, so after I put in my password, I changed my mind just in case some rogue element was gathering my details. :D It's not like I need another copy on GOG, I'll just rebuy it if the Steam version ever became inaccessible.

There's details on the HUKD link for fixing the PSN issue.

Quick heads-up for anyone who owns this on console. You can claim a free PC copy via GOG's Galaxy 2.0 launcher.

This includes people who played the game through Game Pass.
Can I get a code to gift someone else who has gog.com, without them logging into my psn on their pc?

That's come as a nice surprise. Wonder were it'll slot in 'time wise' as the last expansion wrapped everything up.

I still never completed the DLC. Now I'm wondering what I'm missing out on by you saying "wrapped everything up".

The 2nd DLC brings everything to a nice ending point, like a epilogue to a good story and a 'thank you for playing Geralt's story over the years'

New expansion announced!

This is the only game where I played the expansions and they were amazing. Hopefully the new one is just as good so I can jump back in!
Wow! Didn’t see that coming with how old it is now. I’ll get hammered for saying this but I put about 100 hours into it, one of the best games I’ve ever played, and then I didn’t play either of the DLCs. :(

Yeah, same here. I just got burnt out after chasing the Masterwork set of equipment.

Those with older PCs do take note:

When the next update comes out soon for Witcher 3:

* Only windows 11 is supported, all earlier versions of Windows are not supported by Witcher 3 anymore

* Only DX12 graphics cards are supported, older GPUs are not supported by Witcher 3 anymore

* Only SSDs are supported, HDDs are not supported for Witcher 3 anymore

Well this is exciting. Can't wait to see what it looks like and where it goes story-wise. I suppose I'll have to do another play through won't I? What a nightmare
