So i nip to CEX and pick up a ps4 copy for £4 and i get to play on my ps5 pro with all the bells n whistles and some free dlc.

I started playing it on the Steam Deck a couple of weeks ago and am 24 hours in so can't see myself starting again. If I knew this was coming, I'd have held off for a while and played it on console!

Pre-order the remaster for free even on the Switch 2 for existing owners! Now this is how it should be done. Other companies should take note because I'm getting fed up with paying for visual upgrades on a game I already paid for. Looking at you, Rockstar and Bethesda, if CD Projekt Red can do it, then other companies have no excuse whatsoever other than greed.

It seems to have been confirmed that even the physical Switch 1 copies will be getting the free remaster.

I just had a peek at this on my S2 with the S1 W3 cart inserted, but the pre-order on the store is still 50 sheets. I guess, there will be details on an upgrade path nearer the launch.
