Don't be so quick to knock it if you haven't used it.

Here is 16K Textures (default max 4K) and 16K Shadows (default max 4K) using 20GB of video memory on a card that has only 8GB and it is buttery smooth, FPS have only dropped by around 15 from default max 4K settings.

Try my config and see what performance you get with 11GB of video memory and no HBCC?

I'd be interested to see some FCAT data at those settings, mind you.
 
I spent an hour in game yesterday and it was running great apart from one issue, In some of the cut scenes I saw some tearing which is odd as Freesync's meant to stop that happening, That said maybe it was because my performance was outside of my monitors 30-75 Freesync range, It's the first time I've seen something like this happen with it. It's not been an issue though as it only happened a couple of times during cut scenes, The actual gameplay's been running really well.

Same here, I limited the fps but afterburner still shows I'm getting 90 odd fps in game
