Was parking in an NCP this afternoon when the woman in the space next to me decided to reverse out of her space at great speed and turn her wheels to the right. This caused the front of her car to smash in to mine.

Damage isn't too bad. Woman admited full responsibility. Will probably need a new right wing as it's aluminium and difficult to bang out.

Not happy

Not good. You can see which is built better though

Wouldn't like to navigate an NCP in a vehicle that size, they're tight enough in a small hatch.

Oh how familiar, If I had a pound everytime I saw a woman driver reversing too quickly...

Sorry to see the damage man. :(

Bad luck :(

I'm always paranoid of doing that to someone, I hate car parks, I'll tend to park towards the back and get a space in the middle of no-where if its possible :o (heh, maybe you should pass this advice onto the person who crashed into you :p )

glad you caught it awhile it happend , otherwise you know she would have just gone 'ooo its not bad , bye ....... unless she was a good girl and left her details ;) :D

sorry to hear that mate. But at least you got her details and she admitted responsibility. THe number of people who just drive off!!!
My car is scratched on all four sides on the bumper from people scrapeing past and just driving off.

Ok that phone call was fun.

Trying to explain to Direct Line that factory fit options do not consitute modifications to the car and so "no" my insurance is not void.....

Is this world populated by monkeys?

Insurance wise.. yes..

Unlucky though mate.. you know what they say though.. cant beat em.. join em.. and not, dont become a monkey :p

Unlucky mate, the small ones are sometimes even more annoying because sorting them out is just hassle that you didnt need.

On the bright side though, she could have just driven off if you werent there to see it, I know many people would have done, so at least you have her insurance to claim off.
