Woman glues eye shut

Sounds quite scary.

At my parent's house, they keep superglue in the fridge (to stop it drying or something) in the same fridge door compartment as the medicine stuff. My dad once came down for some eye drops and grabbed the superglue, but fortunately he didn't use it. I don't know how he didn't notice he had picked up something that wasn't eye drops! My mum has now removed the superglue from the fridge just in case. But I shudder at the thought of what could have happened.
 
My mum did this exact thing once, bless her :o

Was suffering really bad from hayfever, went into the kitchen and picked up the wrong bottle..
 
This happened to me before. I had some superglue and couldn't get off the protective foil on the top. Decided the easiest way was to poke at it with a fork. Unfortunately whilst being effective at opening it, I got squirted in the eye by superglue! :eek:

Rushed around the house in a mad panic and had to actually pull my eyelids apart a few times because the glue was setting! Went to a & e and luckily I'd only scratched my eyes up a bit from the dried glue. Won't be doing that again...

I accidentally used dog shampoo on my hair once. It actually came up really nice!
