OK, This is a funny one!

Sent my missus the shop for some bread as I'm sat here with a full blown chest infection struggling to breathe. Anyway, I also asked for a large 1l bottle of Lucazade as it is on offer for £1. Manda goes the shop, gets the bread and 2 egg custard things and 2 small bottles of Lucazade :confused:. I question this...the reason she got 2 smaller bottles is because they are 2 for £1.40...

So, she payed £1.40 for 2x 500ml bottles of Lucazade instead of getting the 1 big one...because it said 2 for x amount...


Just thought I would share this fail with you guys...

Perhaps she wanted half and didn't want your filthy lurgy due to your slobbering on the bottle because you're too lazy to use a glass? ;p

Signed into OcUK as I'm sat here with a full blown lunch break. Anyway, I looked for a thread in GD to entertain me. Opened this thread, read it while eating my bread and 2 egg custard things and 1 small bottle of Lucazade. I question this...the reason OP is posting is because his missus got 2 smaller bottles is because they are 2 for £1.40...

So, sat her e wondering why OP decided to post because he thought it was funny.

Just thought I would share this fail with you guys...
 
You know that floating trick that David Blaine does ? Well I did it to the Doris & she went to work & told her colleagues that I can levitate. :D
Apparently her colleagues asked her was She sure & she was adamant that I could lift myself an inch or two off the ground. :p
 
I would pick 2x 500ml over 1x 1L even if it was more expensive to do so. The 1L would go flat quicker and flat Lucozade is FOUL.

The combination of that butchers bacon + brown sauce is not a good one.

Brown sauce is reserved for my extra crispy bacon sat between some lovely mothers pride bread.



I agree on the going flat idea, this make her smart. Maybe she can fit that size up her but not the 1L?
