Besides, Tom Skerritt and Tom Selleck are the perfect image of manliness and both have 'taches and are both married and both have kids.

Well my Dad has never grown a touche so ner ! :p

My Mum does have short hair but I think that's more to do with her getting older ... I've noticed a lot of ladies cut their hair shorter as they get older
 
My GF doesn't have really short hair, I think the ebst way of describing it, is that its down over her ears and top of the neck, but not shoulder length. It looks really nice as it suits her. However i dont have a tash. No thank you sir. A little stubble looks alright i guess, but not a full on tash or beard, they get right on my nerves! :D

Fair point. And more people settle the older a generation gets, so I reckon its the age rather than the being taken that means the hair gets shorter.

Ladies my age should cut their hair short, and keep it short. Women should be banned from having long hair!

Also, girls with shaved heads = mmmmm
 
I was under the impression that as women get older they have their haircut shorter because it's easier to look after.

Men grow moustaches to hide behind or because they think, they look better with them. I don’t think it’s got anything to do with being a raging queen.

You really have far to much free time on your hands CBS. :p

I think thats a bob. Thats about as short as hair on a lass should be for my liking. My gf has shoulder length hair and it looks great. Not to keen on the full blown tash. Stubbles ok, or so I'm told :D
