Wondering if my raid setup is running slow

I am using raid 0 setup and i have two western digital raptor 2 x 150gb i did a hd tune pro and the reading was

Read (Looks a bit slow sluggish)

Min- 30.7 MB/s
Max-112.5 MB/s
Ave-101.1 MB/s

Access - 8.7ms
Burst -115.4MB/s

Write cant be accessed

Motherboard is EVGA 780i using the mediashield controller for raid...i have installed all the drives that came with the system, also is there a software were that is able to read the raid like for SMART or TEMP???

any advise would be helpful

Try enabling write-back cache, I saw a massive performance increase on my RAID0 velociraptors when enabling it

Unfortunately, I don't know how to do it on nForce mobo's - it's part of the Intel drivers.

enabling write-back cache i dont think that is on the nforce 7 raid...or maybe it is and i cant see it
