Yes I just watched the ITV video, doesn't change my opinion one bit.

Yes this is quite possibly politically motivated to send a message out but for me your typical terrorist would not just stand around talking to bystanders making their message known.

It's how it seems to have been planned as well, wait for him to leave the barracks and then run him off and behead him, shocking really, I was in London today and to think it was only a couple of miles away is horrific :/

Romanians would be the answer in that case. They are the 9th largest group of immigrants yet account for the 2nd highest amount of crime in the UK.

shocking incident, might not be terrorism but two local loons, the reason the police didnt get there sooner was they had to wait for ARV, beat bobbies dont have the tools to take on two guys with a gun and knives, pretty shocking people stood around filming instead of GTFO'ing

"looks" being the operative word. We all here think it's an act of terroism as well, and hence why COBRA has been called. Not confirmed yet but doesn't stop people on here consistantly reporting that it has been officially confirmed as an act of terrorism though.

I agree the beat bobbies couldn't tackle them but reports say 20 minutes for an ARV to turn up. I would have expected in London that an ARV would be quicker than that?
