I don't think it's a word. Whatever it is. I am going through all conceivable options for my sixth guess and I have nothing.
 
I got it relatively easily with my opening elimination words (I start with either of the first two, then continue to the third if nothing obvious springs out). I couldn't think of another combination that formed anything remotely close to a 'word'. I think the word used to be on Wordscape when I occasionally played that when bored, which also uses too much American English.

Internationally popular games like this really should stick to words that are internationally recognised and share a common spelling.
