Tried to paste the screen cap and just got a load of white boxes. Any suggestions

The forums don't handle the format, so it's either:

1. Manually replace with smilies.
2. Screenshot and upload to image hosting site.
3. Forget about sharing the picture and just declare how many goes it took.

For sharing I have a shortcut on my phone which uploads the screenshot to imgur and automatically copies the forum img link so I can paste it straight in.
