Three here, but I was scratching my head for a while after my second guess too.

Couldn't fit many words in. An 'H' without a 'C' or 'T' and no combination that worked with a 'W', 'G' or 'P' or any other letter that sprang to mind.

It's not getting easier or harder! If you think it's been easier its because you've got more lucky with your first few guesses.

People were complaining it was getting harder a week ago (which was equally not correct).

I went on quite a run of 3's recently but today I got it in 5. I don't think for one moment it's got harder though.
 
In two today!

We had a second word, and wifey told me to change one letter to make another.

That's our first 2 and best yet over the 6 odd weeks we've been playing.
