There is nothing to it really. If you have a reasonably good grasp of vocabulary, then how many goes you get it in is down to how close your first guess or two is.

Like you, I've never lost and I think it would quite hard to do so unless you get exceptionally unlucky.

I still play it though. It's an OK little time killer.

It works for me as it matches my morning tea routine most days, less fussed about going back to it at any other time. Some days, like today, I get it a little too quickly particularly as I enter the first two words without any thought to get the vowels.

Yeh its quite a nice thing to do over morning coffee for 5 minutes
 
I still play it but it's getting rarer. Initially I played it without fail every day. Now, yeah I guess it's just a little filler wheb/if I'm bored.
