Five for me, the word just wasn’t coming to me at all! Streak 169 though

I got it in 6 today.

I need a better third word. I use ADIEU and SNORT as my standard first two words. These generally get me a good start, having all the vowels and five common consonants but the word I use as the third if necessary, GLYPH, isn't working out. The alternative I considered, LYMPH, would have helped me out this time but I think I want something with a C in it. Any suggestions?

I don’t really tend to use a third word. Trace and Audio/Oiled are my go to first and second words which generally work pretty good.
