Times have changed, i now get 65 days paid holiday a year, easter, summer and christmas + floating days to use when i like throughout the year.

Oh and my salary doubled. Nice perk being in this industry.

The pension is decent i guess
I have 3 x 24" monitors (Previously 2 x 27")
Don't have to work bank holidays + 28.5 or 29.5 (something like that) days holiday
For 10-15 (i forget the exact number) weeks of the year the job is dead easy with pretty much zero stress
2 weeks or more off every christmas (with 4-6 days taken as holiday)
EDIT: I guess looking at others i can add these too:
Flexible hours if required, such as for child care scenarios
Free opticians check ups
I'm the one that controls the internet filtering, so naturally i can access steam, netflix etc whenever required
I enjoy my job, guess that's a perk to me
