Nearly always a cheese,ham and hot sauce sandwich but I have a tendancy to then also have a bag of crisps, maybe a small biscuit bar and an apple. Need to have something a bit healthier.
I work one day a fortnight near Southwark station so usually get something from one of the huts or local places - chinese being my go to choice. When at home I vary between sandwiches, hotdogs, buffet style snacky food and sometimes nothing.
Usually some form of meat rice bowl with a salad. I use different sauce on the rice to mix things up, jap curry sauce, Indian style sauce etc. I've been doing it for years, coat efficient and relatively healthy depends on options.
i'm spoilt for choice when working in the office.. usually something unhealthy from those food stalls scattered all over the place.. else if i'm at home.. anything i can find edible in the cabinets.
