Hello,

Quick question, does anybody know of some good exercises I can to to build my upper body? Mainly just my arms, with just using dumbells and a rowing machine?

This might be a daft question but why do you just want to build your upper body? What are your aims here e.g. strength, appearance, for a particular sport or something else?
 
Well my legs are reasonably okay at the moment because I do a lot of biking, I just want to build my arms up a little because I'm pretty skinny
