Am just thinking about the practicalities of whether a Workstation / NAS hybrid is a good solution or not?
A couple of ideas...
Option 1.
Windows 10 Pro host OS and Open Media Vault VM in Hyper-V. Could OMV VM's still be created within VirtualBox that would be running on the OMV VM?
Option 2.
OMV as host OS and then Windows 10 Pro running inside a VirtualBox VM on OMV?
Option 1 seems like my preferred option for workstation use as directly connects with hardware but would VirtualBox work within Hyper-V? Option 2 seems like a cleaner solution but would I sacrifice a lot of performance of Windows running within a VM such as gaming and the GFX card needing to be passed through to the Windows VM?
