World Athletics Championships (Potential Spoilers)

Probably the most exciting 10,000m I've ever watched and I never felt Farah didn't have it in him, the man's an absolute legend.

Now we just need Bolt to do the business tomorrow night although I fear that'll be tougher task.

Yeah, Bolt looked a bit slow getting going today, if he can sort that out he will win again as his last 50m was as good as always.

Hopefully Coe keeps himself in the background - if you heard his interview with R4 Today this morning.
I guess he conducted the interview on the basis that the BBC would not ask him about what he had known, but nonetheless
he piously conducts interview lording creation of new UK independant althletics integrity unit to ensure correct practices ("just look to the future") and
re-allocation of older medals, as opposed to having the good grace to pass the baton onto an untarnished candidate. - more BBC objectivity

I'm not sure if it's funny or if I'm disappointed. What a way to end your career.

And somebody needs to tell that British sprinter to cut out all the stupid pre-race dance moves until he's actually any good.
