Been more impressed with the standard of the officiating than the standard of the players. Hope someone does something in the second half.

Uruguay have been a bit crap, it's like they have no midfield. The only time they've had possession is when Forlan has dropped deep.
Gourcuff hasn't looked as good as I expected, been caught on the ball a lot, good dead ball play though (other than the "shot" he had from 50 yards)

Uruguay...always offside when going forward...Suarez needs to calm down a bit. Defensively they look very suspect.
France look composed at the back as usual but not much happening up front...how uruguay havent conceded a goal is beyond me as they look a mess defensively.
Still hoping that Uruguay get a sneaky last min goal...if this game is a draw then that just blows open this group.

Coming from a Chelsea fan who has seen him hundreds of times. He is one of the most infuriating players to watch. His decision making at times is woeful and then he goes and does something absolutely incredible...

Very disappointed with Gourcuff so far. I thought he was meant to be the next Zidane but they're not even comparable. Gourcoff might well be as skillful but until he learns to control a ball he won't amount to anything.
