Going off his Mexico performances, if Dos Santos had the right attitude (I.E. Not threatening to pull out of the World Cup because his brother was dropped and the like), he could be great in the Prem.

You have to have 2 OPPOSING players between you and the Goal when the ball is played, the keeper is counted, there was only one in this case so was offside.

It's always been 2 players back, it's just that normally one of those is the keeper.
