Such great players, playing like wimbledon. What the hell is ferdinand thinking, finally our keeper stops pumping it everytime and he starts doing it instead.
 
I don't like it when England play the ball back to our defence when we don't know what to do. We need to break through and improvise and provide a greater threat to Portugal's defence and keep them off guard. They expect us to play it back, because we do that a lot which puts Renaldo and Figo to up their pace and break through from times.

I did like the bait with Rooney, when he fell back just a little to give Gerrard, Lampard and Cole to move up a little on try on goal. I reckon this is clever as the Portugese defence think only Rooney is the one to score.
Better luck and performance next half I hope.

Take off Hargreaves(Whos playing well) Put on Crouch lump the ball upto him and listen to Motty "Good Knock down from Crouch" for 30 mins

I cant believe how poor England have played, such a team of talent but the tactics just seem so wrong, they need to take off a midfielder and get someone up front with Rooney.

The BBC team certainly know a thing or to and are speaking allot of truth. Maybe Sven needs to turn the tv on half time to doa better job :p
 
Lamps will either nick the winner or give away the winner.Someone playing as poorly as that usually manages one or other.We looked good for 15-20 mins,then got soooo sloppy.Cant see losing Terry for the semi being much of an issue :(

He disected the team's movements bigtime there, he just made them look so poor. I rarely listen to hansen's analysis but he really knows what he's on about. He's pin pointed so many cruicial mistakes
