Agreed - wish football would sort it out...

I never imagined I would say this but IF we get into extra time - stick on Walcott - its do or die now...

I cant see how other substitutions would be that more effective attacking wise. Why oh why did he take off Joe Cole - hes such a TURNIP :/...

If you're saying you don't think it was intentional (which seems to be the case with saying it should only be yellow) then no card should have been shown. If it was intentional as the ref has seen it to be then stamping is a straight red card.

Personally I think the decision was a joke, Carvalho was literally lay under his foot, he could either recover his balance which obviously meant having both feet on the ground, or stand on one leg til Carvalho moved, which would have been ridiculous.

I'm no football expert so is it just me or are the following all true about the Portugal team?

1. They all have a peg-leg each or a middle ear problem.
2. Their favourite Elvis Costello song is, "I can't stand up for falling Down".
3. Their favourite Michael Douglas film is "Falling Down"
4. They all have glass legs.
